Once you have placed your order with me today here is how it works. Lead times for personalised paintings and products can vary between 2 and 4 weeks depending on how many I have on my books. You can see your lead time at the bottom of this page.

Step 1: Email me your chosen picture of your pet to bon@bondog.co.uk

Step 2: Once I have received your photo, I will sketch up the image within 7 days and then email you a photograph to check you are happy with placement. 

Step 3: I will paint your pet. I film the process of painting and send you the video and a photo when it is complete. 

Step 4: I digitise your painting and create your products. We will discuss options for colours and sizing of clothes before I create them. 

Step 5: You will receive notification that your products have been shipped and you can track them. 

After this - you or any of your friends or relatives can order other products with your pet on from the Your Pets section by stating the pets name, breed and colour!
